This is a program designed to grow your glutes, quads and hamstrings. Three days a week at 30-40 minutes a session, there's no excuse to not fit in this targeted program. The main goal is to shape, sculpt and lift your hind regions. Paired with a short high intensity conditioning session, it makes for the perfect all around workout. It’s a great place to start if you’re just getting back into it, or if you’re a conditioned soldier it can always be used in addition to your current regimen!
